LOVE, LUST AND ACID

Falling in love is a beautiful feeling. People often likes someone which slowly and gradually changes into love. But, what if the person whom we love rejects it? We broke down, we get angry, we try everything to impress that person so that the person whom we love understand it. What if that person doesn't understand? Do we think, My happiness is in her happiness, so we leave. Or we get stubborn?

Is there any difference between Love, Lust & Stubbornness?
Maybe it depends on person to person. Love gets dangerous when it transforms into lust and we get stubborn. We know all this things, right? So we also know about acid attacks, killings and rape. Yes, this heinous crimes take place when love transforms into lust and stubbornness.

Writing down this piece is inspired by few acid attack victims. Let's check few.

Laxmi Agarwal is an Indian campaigner with Stop Sale Acid and a TV host. She is an acid attack survivor and speaks for the rights of acid attack victims. She was attacked in 2005 at age 15, by a 32-year-old man named Nadeem Khan (Guddu) whose advances she had rejected. She's happy now in her life as she found her true love Alok Dixit who is a social activist.

Pramodini Roul was 15 when a 28-year-old paramilitary soldier threw acid on her for rejecting his marriage proposal. Unfortunately, the case was dismissed in 2012 due to a lack of evidence, and the soldier now roams free.
Pramodini found her true love Saroj Kumar Sahu and they are happy now.

Sonali Mukherjee woman from Dhanbad whose face was permanently disfigured by an acid attack in 2003 when she was 18. Three alleged assailants - Tapas Mitra, and his two friends Sanjay Paswan and Bhrahmadev Hajra did this heinous crime as the advances she had turned down. They decided to punish her for rejecting him. She is now happily married, found her true love Chittaranjan Tiwari.

There are many other stories if you google down. Not just acid attacks but in some cases girls were raped and killed. Some of the attacks never comes in picture. Loving someone means loving someone's happiness, their smile, their wellbeing. If you can't be in their life doesn't mean you have right to ruin it. Be happy in their happiness. You will also get your true love wait for it.
